Its aim is to identify, influence, and change the unsafe behaviors that exist in the workplace, or reinforce the safe behaviors already established. Common Comprehensive Workplace First Aid, Q-CPR, AED & Stretcher Drill Training only conveys Safety Compliance Rules and Dos & Don’ts.
This training goes beyond common Comprehensive Workplace First Aid, Q-CPR, AED & Stretcher Drill Training as it integrates the latest behavioral research findings with a person-focused approach. The system teaches four critical skills – Acting, Coaching, Thinking and Seeing. When operators master all of the skills, they become responsible for their own and co-workers safety.

The Basic Occupational First Aid, CPR, & AED Program is designed to teach the learner about the importance of first aid.

First Aid Kit training is offered by Iratec. Our focus is to create and enable a safe working environment for the WAH workforce & operators, while providing professional and reliable quality training, advice and certification in their respective industry & specific requirements.
This is a two days program (OHSAS 18001:2001, Clause 4.4.7 and FMA 1967 Requirements) which will impart to participants the basic knowledge as well as skills of rendering First Aid and CPR to enable them to deal with common injuries at the workplace and life-saving skills of CPR.
