Prepare to succeed as a computer and network support specialist by enhancing your knowledge of computer hardware, networks, servers, and operating systems.

You will learn how to set up, maintain, manage and troubleshoot computer systems using industry standards. Many of the classes in this program are designed to help you prepare for industry certification.

Upon successful completion of the program, you should be able to:

  • Provide solutions, assessments and validation to a broad range of computer hardware and network situations by eliciting, planning and analyzing user’s requirements.
  • Select, use and recommend computer server and network technologies appropriate to the task.
  • Investigate, manage, research and communicate the information necessary to provide solutions to network, operating system and hardware related problems.
