Recording and mixing is also a popular program. Students learn to create, record, edit and mix their music. The software used to accomplish this is a fully automated 64 track recording program which contains many plug-ins and edited features. These features are all explored as part of our curriculum.
The Conservatory can also teach its students how to run world class music software such as Logic Audio, Reason and Melodyn. These 3 applications are industry standard software programs that record, edit and mix music. These classes usually run 1 or 2 hours per week.
The Canadian Conservatory of Music was established in 1963 and is devoted to teaching traditional and modern music programs to students of all ages and levels.

Avid Pro Tools 201 covers the core concepts and skills needed to operate an Avid Pro Tools|HD system in a professional studio environment.
All of our students have the option to participate in band classes. Students audition for these classes and are put into groups according to age and style preference

Resonate offers 60 minute Digital Music Production lessons to anyone ages 12 and up. Our Digital Music Production lessons are customized by a Certified Resonate Instructor to be personally suited to each individual’s skill level and goals.
