This Health and Safety Representative refresher training is aimed at refreshing current HSR’s in their workplace. A refresher course is required every three (3) years after completing the 5 day face to face HSR (full-course).

This course can be fast paced and is physically demanding as it involves the rescue of casualties weighing approximately 70kgs in tight and enclosed spaces, therefore, participants should be physically fit and be able to hold their own body weight relying on arm, leg, and core strength.
