This workshop is designed for leaders at all levels who would benefit from confidence and assertiveness exercises to enhance their practice.
This new training session for 2023 is designed to build confidence, to celebrate self (including past achievements) and to explore assertiveness and what it means.
An open, honest and imaginative in-person session will provide opportunities to reflect on own practice, growth as a manager, and the positive contributions that can be made to the work setting. Participants will be encouraged to learn, develop and share ideas in an interactive, in-person format.
Participants will take away a new perspective on themselves, a plan for future change/growth, and techniques to use with their team.

The aim of this workshop is to explore tools and models to help gain confidence, practice assertiveness and increase presence within both the workplace and in life. This workshop is led in a safe, informal, supportive and interactive environment.

This course is intended for anyone lacking confidence in themselves or having difficulty in communicating with others. Be it in a meeting, or a one to one basis, you may feel “put upon” or just find it hard to say “no”.
