Change is essential to an organization’s productivity and needs to be managed. All organizations can benefit operationally by implementing methods to manage changes to equipment, procedures, materials and process conditions.
This three day course will present methods to identify, review, approve and implement changes within a management of change program through a series of exercises. After completing this course, students will have tools to develop a management of change process.
