Our Workplace First Response Fire Training Course will ensure that all of your employees are suitably trained in the safe use of Fire Extinguishers, Fire Hose Reels and Fire Blankets.
This training course includes both a theory and a practical component to ensure that your employees can safely handle workplace emergencies. If required a Fire Safety Trainer can visit your workplace to determine your fire safety equipment and training needs. Priority 1 Fire and Safety Training can also provide you with supervised Evacuation Drills.
Course Subjects:
Priority 1 Fire and Safety is a Western Australian-owned and operated company delivering Nationally Recognised Fire, Safety, Rescue and First Aid Training; and providing quality Emergency Response Procedures and Evacuation Diagrams to a diverse range of industries such as Freight, Logistics, Education and Manufacturing.
This unit covers the skills and knowledge required to recognise and assess conditions that require gas testing; test the working atmosphere using an electronic test apparatus and interpret the results to determine if it is safe for the proposed job activity.Â
This unit of competency covers the skills and knowledge required to undertake an appropriate first response to fire incidents in onshore and offshore situations/emergencies.
This course was developed by Fire and Rescue NSW uniformed officers who have extensive operational experience and hold qualifications in Training and Assessment.
This course is for beginners as well as experienced operators. Our experienced high risk work trainers work with participants to ensure they are confident and competent in operating a forklift truck within a Victorian business.
