Small workplace emergencies may include such incidents as a small fire that can be controlled using a nearby fire extinguisher.
The course is designed to provide participants with the required knowledge and skills to:
prepare for emergency situations
identify and assess the emergency
safely contain small workplace emergencies where possible
use initial response equipment on small un-established workplace fires and
report those workplace emergencies.
