Power elevated platforms are being used more and more often as a safe and efficient way for workers to accomplish work at heights.
This interactive training course applies to all employees who are, or may be, exposed to air contaminants above the permissible exposure limits (PELs) or suggested exposure levels. This course may also be used for respirator use that is required by company policy or that is voluntary.
Training for individuals who use propane powered construction heaters (up to 400,000 BTUH) and hand-held torches. Students who only require instruction on the safe use of hand-held torches may take P?T?I’s 400-08 – Propane Torches course instead of this course.
Working at Heights is an essential construction workplace training to have for all trades and roles. If the risk of falling is present, that needs to be communicated to all workers.
