This training course is aimed at anyone who has not received any formal tuition on how to handle difficult people and scenarios or those in need of a refresher on how to diffuse and manage potential conflict through effective conflict management.
This course is being delivered in collaboration with our training partner, Challenge Consulting and will be held at their purpose built training and conference centre in Nottinghamshire and is limited to a maximum of 12 delegates.
This course is designed for nursing, care and medical practitioners or for those who may come into contact with challenging behaviour, volatile and uncertain situations.
This course is suitable for managers or supervisors who would like to improve their skills and take the fear out of difficult conversations.
