The addition of ALS further increases capacity for apprenticeships, traineeships, professional qualifications and accredited training; strengthening the Group’s ability to effectively meet the growing skills requirements of employers throughout the region.
This hands-on Conflict Resolution training session looks at how to manage and resolve conflict at work, the benefits of mediation and explores the skills required to be an effective mediator.
This Level 2 qualification is aimed at individuals who require training in conflict management. It is appropriate for a wide range of sectors and is suitable for anyone who has a customer facing role, deals with service users or the public.
