Swapna Sai is a Certified Image Consultant & Soft Skills Coach, ICBI (Conselle Institute of Image Management, USA; SQA, UK-NABET India accredited). She helps people have more success in their lives by improving their Appearance, Behaviour and Communication skills through Image Management and Soft Skills Coaching - an art of developing inner strengths as well as reflecting them on the outside.
Swapna is the recipient of the prestigious Sambhavaa Professional Excellence Award 2020, by (FLO) Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry Ladies Organisation.
She is a result-oriented professional with experience in Training & Development for both - individuals and corporates. She trains people effectively in an organisation to project an appropriate, authentic, attractive and affordable image at all times to create positive first impressions.
Swapna is proficient in developing useful modules; she can study the company needs deeply and can analyse the present competency levels; she is experienced in developing result-oriented innovative methods and also can impart effective training to the employees for an excellent performance.
Since 2003 she is the Business Partner of the firm Oasis Foundation with Dr Sanjaya Kumar; who is an International Licensed Master NLP and Hypnosis Practitioner, who helps to bring a profound change deep from the subconscious mind. They help them evolve inside-out, outside-in.
She is in the training field since 2015. As of April 2022, she has trained Ten Thousand plus participants. She has trained and motivated 1500 plus children.
