Conflict in the workplace is the major cause of people leaving companies. This course gives the tools to end conflicts and promote healthy relationships. The course also addresses the most common types of difficult people and the appropriate methods for handling their behaviour.
During this course we will explore different types of conflicts and the best methods of avoiding or resolving conflict. We will look at conflicts between staff and patients and also between colleagues.
Dealing with difficult people or situations can be the most challenging aspect owners and managers need to handle. Often these are put in the ‘too hard to do pile’ and managers may put off the conversations they know they need to have.
