We have a passion to do our job with utmost clarity.The Simply Best Soft Skill Training Academy is led by Subrato Bose, who is a Trainer, Executive Coach and CEO. Anushua Mitra is Executive CEO and looks after the HR functions and administration of the academy.

Uday B Banerjee is our "Executive Director" and Business Leadership consultant.Uday has trained coached and mentored several Business leaders in diverse Business entities.
Uday has experience of over 3000hrs of conducting training session across different countries.

Uday has been certified in globally reputed programs such as Situational Leadership, Applied Strategic Thinking, Targeted Selection Interviewing, Leading Edge, 8 Step Coaching and several others. These initiatives were well applauded in several platforms for Semi Regulated Markets and at International Business forum.

Uday’s professional qualifications include:

• Leadership Development Program Indian Institute of Management(IIM), Ahmadabad
• Certificate course on Leadership in Marketing from Lagos Business School.

Uday has coached, mentored and developed hundreds of managers at various levels both in India and abroad. Several of them are today occupying senior positions in the Healthcare industry in India and abroad.

Travelled extensively across UK, Africa, Middle East and South East Asia in connection with international seminars and developmental assignments. He is often invited as a speaker at various Management Institutes and Seminars.
