This practical workshop is designed for all managers and team members and will provide participants with an understanding of how and why conflicts occur and how to manage them effectively.
This qualification provides employees with a foundation in conflict resolution. Emphasis is placed on the importance of personal safety when assessing risks, managing escalation, and de-escalating confrontational behaviour in a workplace situation.
We're experienced in working across a wide range of industries and sectors in both the public and private sector. This includes healthcare, hospitals, mental health services, residential homes and food services.
Conflicts can be hard. We get so emotional that sometimes we feel we can’t take it at all.
This course is being delivered in collaboration with our training partner, Challenge Consulting and will be held at their purpose built training and conference centre in Nottinghamshire and is limited to a maximum of 12 delegates.
