Our Conflict Resolution course offers effective solutions when dealing with conflict in the workplace. In this life skills lesson, you will learn problem solving skills and better understand the dynamics of a conflict, allowing you to change the situation and help prevent further issues from occurring in the future.
One of the key drivers of conflict within a work environment is miscommunication. Disagreements between colleagues can create an unpleasant and toxic place to work, creating a daily battle. Learning to address such disagreements at the time and in a professional manner can greatly improve relationships and personal well-being.
You will be given the tools to proactively address signs of stress in others and deal with difficult, often emotional situations with empathy and efficiency remaining objective at all times.
