DurationConflict management, also known as conflict resolution, involves preventing conflict in the workplace and having a management team that successfully handles and resolves workplace issues. Strong conflict management skills are an advantage in most positions since conflict is virtually impossible to avoid. It is human nature to disagree, but disagreements can be healthy if approached correctly.

In this course, participants will learn de-escalation techniques and understand the cycle of aggression from both staff and customer perspectives.
