While it can look like such people are just born with natural gifts, that’s not really true. With the right training, anyone can become skilled at resolving conflict, even under the toughest circumstances.
Lead the way, even during difficult times. Conflict’s an inevitable part of people working together. People who can resolve workplace conflict, in a way that leaves everyone satisfied, are worth their weight in gold.

Wintec is part of Te PÅ«kenga – New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology, together with all the other polytechnics in New Zealand.
From 2023, all Wintec learners will be enrolled with Te PÅ«kenga, instead of Wintec. Right now, our people will continue to support our learners. They will still be enrolled in the same qualification and will continue to learn in the same way, in the same place, with the same people.
Being a part of Te PÅ«kenga means we will be more connected to the other organisations delivering vocational and applied education in Aotearoa New Zealand and we will work with them to share skills and knowledge to better help you succeed.
We are excited to be part of Te PÅ«kenga which has been set up as part of the Government’s Reform of Vocational Learning. Te PÅ«kenga is creating a network of online, on-campus and on-job learning to give learners more flexibility in what, where and how they learn.
