The Conflict Management course will help you understand the nature and causes of workplace conflict, and teach you the skills to identify and manage conflict and dispute before it escalates.
This course will give participants a six-step conflict resolution process that they can use and modify to resolve conflict disputes of any size. Participants will also be provided a set of skills in solution building and finding common ground.
