Participants will also be provided a set of skills in solution building and finding common ground, while learning crucial conflict management skills, including dealing with anger and other related emotions, both productive and non-productive.
Learning Outcomes
Understand what conflict and conflict resolution means, and learn about the six phases of the conflict resolution process
Be able to adapt the process for all types of conflict, break out parts of the process and use the right tools to prevent the conflict
