We cater for learners of all ages and backgrounds, including 16 to 18-year-olds, adult learners, apprentices, higher education students and international students. Based in four main centres across Bristol, we offer a learning experience that puts our students right at the heart of one of the best cities in the UK.
With this course, you will learn how to construct block, brick and cavity walling and will develop the hand skills needed to use a variety of tools. Your listening and problem solving skills will form a big part of this course as you'll work independently.
This is a hands-on and theoretical course where you will learn the basic skills to prepare you for a career as a bricklayer in the construction industry. It’s designed for learners who have a desire and ambition to become a tradesperson in the construction industry.
This short course is intensive, but the atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable which creates a good learning environment. If you have a particular project in mind, or some building plans you wish to gain advice on, our instructors will be more than happy to discuss these with you.
Bricklaying course is offered by BCT NI CIC. BCT has been offering construction training, mentoring, and support to young people since 2004.
Our part time course will provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to become a recognised bricklayer. You will have the opportunity to learn in our state-of-the-art workshops with specialist equipment.
