Lynette has worked in the field of Health and Safety for quite some time. She is a Chartered member of IOSH and holds Affiliate membership of The Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE).
Lynette holds a Master degree in Occupational Safety and Health Management, alongside a Postgraduate Certificate in Ergonomics and an Honours degree in Occupational Safety, Health and Environment.
Lynette is an SSIP Assessor with vast experience in setting up third party certifications such as Safe T Cert and Alcumus Safe Contractor.
Additionally, she holds other qualifications, some which are in PAT testing, Lead Auditing, Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Door Inspections and Train the Trainer to mention a few. She is a Manual Handling trainer, fire risk assessor and carried out health, Safety and Fire training for business across Northern Ireland.
Lynette also conducts numerous types of voluntary work for the profession, with her favourite being Fire Safety talks within Nursery and Primary schools in Northern Ireland.
