It is the general course which goes through hazards, risks, PPE etc. which people are likely to come into contact with upon working at a construction site.
The white card course gives participants general safety knowledge in a construction context. Sometimes referred to as a general construction induction card, it is given to people once they have completed appropriate training through a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
Note: Once you have completed the course it is not necessary to renew your white card, unless, you lose the card, have not worked in the construction industry for 2 years or more, or, there is a legislative requirement to do so.
