In this course, we will provide an overview of contract law, introducing the participants to the essential elements that forms a contract. This workshop aims to equip participants with basic knowledge and understanding of a contract.
By introducing the requirements for a binding contract, participants will be able to determine terms and conditions suitable for their business needs.
The delivery of the content related with contract law will be done in an engaging manner, allowing participants to share their experiences and exchange best practices in the formation of an agreement. Participants will be given relevant case studies that will provide them with an opportunity to examine the clauses and find remedies when a term is breached.
