Contract management refers to the process of systematically and efficiently managing contract creation, execution and analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance, while minimizing risk. Gain an overview of the fundamentals of contract law and contract management from a supply chain management perspective. 

Learn the basics of what it takes to solicit, procure, negotiate and administer contracts and subcontracts while gaining a broad understanding of business principles to establish long-term relationships with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. This course will equip you with an understanding of the principles of contract management.
