The courses are based on PMI’s Disciplined Agile certification curriculum but are customized in partnership with PMI to meet the needs of medium to large size corporation with employee numbers ranging from 50 to 5000.

The Corporate Discipline Agile training paths are as follows:

Program 1) Agility Foundation. This training program is a non-certification course based on the Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) course but is streamlined to provide a foundational knowledge of Disciplined Agile.

Program 2) Business Agility At the Team Level. This training program is based on the Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) course which will enable your teams to become proficient at Agile in matter of days. 

Program 3) Business Agility at the Enterprise Program Level – This training program is based on the Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM) course to train leaders who can manage very large and complex programs of work with multiple Agile teams

The Agility Foundation Course Is Targeted At Introducing Agile Ways Of Working In Cross Functional Teams

Agility Foundation introduces core concepts of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile ceremonies. This course is suitable for developing teams who are just starting out with Agile into competent Agile practitioners.

The course also touches on the foundational aspects of Disciplined Agile. The course is run as virtual classes in realtime with a qualified trainer. 

The course content is as follows:-

• All about Agile – Hands on activities to become familiar with Agile team ceremonies such as daily stand ups, sprint planning, scrum, using kanban board to track progress, user story development, relative sizing of user stories using the Fibonacci numbers, retrospective, and demo. 

• Forming, developing, and sustaining high performing agile Teams 

• Introduction to the Disciplined Agile Lifecycles, Scaling factors, and Process goals to achieve business agility

• Introduction to LEAN 

The Business Agility At The Team Level Course Will Help Your Teams Become Competent In Agile Within Days

• Business Agility At the Team Level is an instructor-led course that will enable your teams to start applying Disciplined Agile (DA) to improve their way of working. Your teams will become familiar with foundational agile and lean practices that DA supports, practice using the tool kit to solve problems, and learn how to build high-performance teams. This course is also appropriate for teams that wish to work together to learn Disciplined Agile and customize their way of working.

Business Agility at Large Program Level teaches experienced agile practitioners how to use the Disciplined Agile (DA™) tool kit to optimize how teams work, work with allies within their organization, and solve a variety of advanced problems.

This course will prepare you to lead multiple agile teams. This course will prepare your team to step in to leadership roles within an Agile environment.
