VANTAGE:

The term ‘Vantage’ means a place or situation affording some advantage (especially a comprehensive view or commanding perspective). In other words, it is the quality of having a superior or more favorable position.

At ‘AddVantage’ with the training and grooming, superior and favorable qualities are ADDed to the candidates’ personality so that they can face challenges of the corporate world.

The Plus (+) Symbol in golden yellow colour denotes the addition of skills in a candidate. It comprises of two D’s connected via dotted line (Horizontal and Vertical) as a part of the word ‘ADD’ in Add-Vantage.

They are distinguished from each other by two colours, namely brown and green representing the shades of a tree, signifying growth in career. Colours carry important information about one’s personality. Here,

BROWN represents ‘Stability’,

GREEN implies ‘Growth, Prosperity and Vitality’, and

GOLDEN YELLOW describes ‘Optimism and Positive Energy’.
TRAINER’S PROFILE & ENTERPRISE DETAILS

Diligent, industrious, creative, adept, above-board, with strong interpersonal skills and still down to earth, are a few attributes that describes the trainer. She is a go-getter, what-so-ever the situation may be.

Her unique trait of utilizing knowledge and a decade of varied corporate experience with national and international organizations like World Health Organization, Wipro Technologies, Energetic Lightings, Baba Farid Group of Institutes, Thapar Polytechnic College, bring in a visionary insight at her work front, which is really amazing.

She hails from Delhi, currently settled in Patiala, Punjab, is an Electrical and Electronics Engineer from MIT, Manipal, Karnataka with a Management degree in Human Resource from Amity University, Noida.

She is the Lifetime Member of ISTD with the Certification in Training and Development from ISTD, Chandigarh Chapter, prior to which she had an entrepreneurial flair in the field of Learning and Development. Additionally, she is a Master Trainer, conducted by BRIDGE – BOSCH & Mahabodhi Consulting Group, Certified ToT (Training of Trainer), qualification pack of Trainer (MEP/ Q2601)-v1.0 conforming to NSQF Level – 5, conducted by the BRIDGE (BOSCH Initiative) and MEPSC – (Management & Entrepreneurship and Professional Skills Council), NSDC & Skill India.

Furthermore, she bags the title of Certified “Nation Building Trainer” (NBT), a training conducted by BOSCH, Social Engagement Team, under its CSR Initiative. She has an aim to implement and contribute the learnt Human Resource skills to the industry thereby leading to organization and career growth.

Recently, she was honored with “The India Influencer Award 2023”, organized by Swarn Bharat Parivar Trust, on the occasion of 74th Republic Day of India. She proudly received the prestigious award “Master Trainer – Pride of India®”, under the category of “Communication Skills” for the year 2022 by Mahabodhi Consulting Group, Title Sponsor MEPSC.

She has also been awarded as “India’s Iron Lady of the Year – 2022 – Best Entrepreneur”, by MTTV INDIA, on 18th October, 2022. Additionally, she bags the “Best Global Director Award 2022”, organized by World’s first International Internship University, and International Council for Educators, on 3rd September, 2022, on the occasion of Teacher’s Day.

She is proudly associated with corporate like Mahabodhi Consulting Group, Bosch, Tenneco (earlier known as Federal Mogul Goetze India Pvt. Ltd./ Escorts), ISTD, Ministry of Culture, International Internship University and a few more for Corporate Trainings. She has trained more than 400+ corporate professionals as well as 4500+ students in last 10 years, who are well settled nationally and internationally.

As an Entrepreneur since 2012, being the Founder & Director – AddVantage Trainings, (*ISO Certified* & *MSME, Govt. of India Registered*), she deals with Personality and Skill Development Corporate Trainings as well as makes the students industry-ready, by bridging the gap between the college and the corporate expectations.
