2). Course Comparison

Over a decade ago health and safety course comparison websites did not exist. In January 2003 Envico® established itself as the first dedicated health and safety course comparison website in the United Kingdom.

3). Trusted Relationships with Hundreds of Training providers

Over the years our professional team have developed trusted relationships with hundreds of training providers and tens of thousands of clients. We have efficiently and effectively managed essential health and safety training requirements for some of the UK’s leading organisations and government agencies including the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

We take responsibility for the life cycle of the booking process from the provisional booking to the issuing of certificates.

4). Internal Customer Feedback and Quality Ratings System

Customers are asked to comment on their training experience(s). This is performed by applying a 1 to 5 star quality rating for each of the following course elements:

• Quality of Training

• Quality of Instructor

• Quality of Materials

• Quality of Venue

• Value for Money

Genuine customer reviews and quality ratings are fed in to our system daily and training provider ratings are updated the same day. The collection of this data enables us to calculate and publish on our website homepage (according to our customers) the UK’s top ten health and safety training providers.

Publishing customer feedback, reviews and quality ratings throughout our site empowers visitors to make more informed decisions when booking their health and safety courses.

5). We Publish Training Provider Course Cancellation Statistics (%)

When a training course is cancelled by a training provider it’s frustrating for all parties. We believe training provider course cancellation statistics are a key element to consider when booking a health and safety course. Training providers with high cancellation rates (%) are more likely to cancel courses. We therefore recommend booking courses with providers which have lower % cancellation rates, thus reducing the chance of your course being cancelled prior to the start date.
