COSHH Awareness Training

Exposure to hazardous substances can occur in a wide range of industries and environments. Our COSHH Awareness Training Course provides the core knowledge needed to identify and understand the dangers of hazardous substances, reducing risks to health and safety in the workplace.

Under the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Regulations 2002, employers are required to ensure the safety of workers when using any dangerous substances. 

As part of their responsibility under the COSHH regulations, organisations must provide suitable training relating to the control of such substances. These can range from everyday cleaning products to the most hazardous airborne contaminants. 

The Phoenix Health and Safety COSHH Awareness course enables employers to meet this legal obligation in the most flexible, convenient and cost-effective manner. Across the 40-minute duration of the course, candidates will learn how to identify hazardous substance symbols, the importance of protective equipment and the key regulations relating to COSHH.
