Students will develop a wide array of knowledge, skills and competencies ranging from a strong understanding of beauty concepts to current trends.
Small classes ensure students learn cosmetology skills thoroughly on a one-on-one basis. Experienced teachers work with students in the classroom and on the clinic floor.
After 200 hours of training on mannequins, students advance to the clinic floor and perform services on clients, giving them the opportunity to experience a real salon atmosphere.
Theory classes cover all topics necessary to learn anatomy and physiology of the hair, nails and skin, basic chemistry and product knowledge, color theory, styles and fashion.
After completion of 1000 hours, students are prepared to pass the state board examination and are ready for a successful career working in a salon.
