This workshop builds the fundamental knowledge and skills to undertake an effective cost benefit analysis. You will leave this course with the skills and knowledge to identify and forecast cost and benefits, how to value them and how to apply qualitative techniques in your analysis. 

You will also explore how to assess risks, test the sensitivities of a cost benefit analysis and how to report your results. It is a stand-alone course that is also designed to complement the “Develop an effective business case” workshop.
