Counselling Skills Award (Introduction) CPCAB

This qualification is intended for candidates who want to:

• Learn basic counselling skills (listening and responding skills) in helping roles
• Find out more about counselling (this qualification won't teach you to be a counsellor, but may help you decide whether or not you want to train as one)
• Improve professional and personal relationships

This course aims to provide you with self awareness and developed listening skills which may enhance your current job roles. It may also be beneficial as a stepping stone to the next level in a career in Counselling.
