Did you know that there is more than one type of Counterbalance Forklift Truck?

The Accrediting Bodies Association for Workplace Transport (ABA) has identified 5 categories of Counterbalance Forklift Trucks used in the UK.

They are Category B1, B2, B3, B4, and J1.

Each category of counterbalance fork lift truck has a different purpose in the workplace and they each require a separate operator certificate. You will need to receive formal training from a forklift instructor before using each category of counterbalance fork lift truck.
