This certified course concentrates on the lifesaving skills of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, which is rescue breathing together with chest (i.e. heart) compressions. If you have taken the CPR First Aid course (from any provider) in the last 2 years, you will need to resit our CPR First Aid Course to remain current- click here for more information.
To be eligible, you will need to be over the age of 14 and want to learn about CPR and choking to be a certified first aider. This course includes CPR training on adults, children and infants, AED demonstration and techniques to assist with choking.
