Craftsmanship Course in Food and Beverage Service:Â The Food and Beverage Service is especially designed for those who want to start their careers as waiters in restaurants and hotels giving particular emphasis on food service sequence, restaurant hygiene, food and beverage knowledge.
AIIHM offers Certificate Course in Front Office /F & B Service / House Keeping (6 Months). The course objective is To train students in technical, managerial, and human relations skills necessary for successful operation of a modern hotel or catering establishment.
This is an advance course to get the students a better and more detailed learning perspective to what they would be required from work at a hotel. Fulfilling all the purposeful needs in the right scenario.
