How do you tell your story? Develop your voice – one word, one memory at a time – with the creative writing courses offered through community education.
This course provides a foundation for self-expression through the art of writing. Students will create, develop and share original works from various genres of literature.
In this course storytelling is treated like something alive and evolving, optimizing thematic richness, emotional depth, and narrative rhythm, but which also allows for interaction, audience participation and collaborative storytelling.
Hone writing skills and explore contemporary creative works as readers and writers, using New York and its rich, cultural universe as a habitat.
In the Stay-Ahead Writing program, we help students gradually improve their English grammar and composition skills.
