DurationWe, at the “Heart to Heart Counselling Centre” have been using ‘writing assignments’ as tools for self-exploration and also for relationship-building in our counselling practice.
We now offer a unique, experiential, self-empowering workshop – “Self-help through creative writing”, which empowers you with a powerful, valuable and effective tool for change, right within yourself. Participants will be offered a wide variety of creative writing tools, uniquely used for therapeutic purposes.
This writing workshop aims to help participants explore & express their life’s issues – their sorrows & joys, hopes & fears, dreams & aspirations – through the use of various writing forms.
Transformation and change, however dramatic or quiet, is always therapeutic and healing, as this workshop will demonstrate, using the medium of writing. What lies unexpressed or unknown within us, controls and limits us.
