We are also a newly registered Non Profit Organization (Registration number 200-100 NPO) which will put us in a better position to achieve our objectives for the club and the players.
2017 was the year of change for the club; renaming of the club, restructuring our objectives, rethinking our strategies and shifting our focus towards development of younger players (under 9 through to under 15) in order for the club to ensure it has a healthy future ahead for many years to come. These younger players will become the future of the club and have the opportunity to play at provincial and national level if they are selected.
We at the Moot CC are very proud of what we achieved over the past few years, including being established as one of the biggest junior and senior clubs in Pretoria.
With over 500 active members the club has played a central part in the growth and prosperity of Somerset West and has a long and interesting history intertwined with the town.
Cricket coaching classes are offered by Cape Town Cricket Club.
MA Cricket Services aims to support cricketers as they develop to reach their full potential. To reach their full potential, it is important that cricketers develop sound technique, good tactical thinking, and be able to problem solve on their own when out in the middle.
The club was founded back in the 1890’s and is one of the oldest cricket clubs in South Africa. We are still to this day primarily a cricket club with 5 senior teams taking part in the Western Province Leagues.
