My holistic approach allows for the development of physical, mental, and behavioral aspects of the game that allows a more rounded player (and person) to emerge through their participation in cricket.
The cricket coaching services offer specialised spin bowling and batting coaching that will help develop the technical, tactical and mental aspects of cricket. The mental preparation services offer techniques and concepts that will assist any cricketer develop their mental approach to cricket and life.

The club felt it’s time we have our own identity and independence and focus on the awareness of LSEN (Learners with Special Educational Needs) which includes the Visually Impaired, Hearing Impaired, Intellectually Impaired and Physically Impaired.
The club was founded back in the 1890’s and is one of the oldest cricket clubs in South Africa. We are still to this day primarily a cricket club with 5 senior teams taking part in the Western Province Leagues.
When I started playing Cricket from the young age of 3, I realised Cricket is my passion. From there I went from strength to strength and ended up playing First Team Cricket at the age of 14.
The Durbanville Cricket Club was started 1942, ceased to function towards the end of WWII and was restarted 1954/55 at the old fields in Queen Street. Today you will find a residential complex.
At The Cricket Academy we want every Player we coach to experience the JOY of playing Cricket to their FULL POTENTIAL and for them to learn the valuable life lessons the game has to offer. We work with players of all abilities from beginners to Professionals.
