Our home ground is situated at high school Oos Moot. We also enjoy the continuous support of schools such as Cr Swart high school, Voorpos and Totiusdal primary school. Our cricket fields are well looked after by these schools and always in supurb playing condition, year in and year out.
The Management Committee are proud of our achievements on and off the field during the cricket season, ending on a high note, as we strife to be highly competitive and reaching our highest goals.
Northerns Cricket Operations is the custodian of all cricket programs in Tshwane. Our aim is to develop high quality, sustainable programs which will allow opportunities for everyone to enter, develop and grow to the best of his/her potential, in all spheres of the game. We are 17 dedicated staff members, along with several sub-committees, who aim to provide service excellence to all.
The Durbanville Cricket Club was started 1942, ceased to function towards the end of WWII and was restarted 1954/55 at the old fields in Queen Street. Today you will find a residential complex.
The Gary Kirsten Cricket (GKC) academy provides private coaching for individual cricketers, teams and coaches of various ages and experience levels. Locally and Internationally!
The parents at the Youth Cricket Academy (YCA) have shown a great deal of interest in getting their younger children involved in the basics of cricket before they get to primary school.
Cricket coaching classes are offered by Pinelands Cricket Club.
When I started playing Cricket from the young age of 3, I realised Cricket is my passion. From there I went from strength to strength and ended up playing First Team Cricket at the age of 14.
