This course enables workers in the food services industry to enhance their service skills to build stronger relationships with customers. They will be able to anticipate and address customer needs, handle service challenges, and have a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.

Admission

  • 18 years of age and above

  •  Able to speak, understand, read and write simple English

  •  No formal academic qualifications and no other pre-requisites is required

 

Assessment

  • Participants will be awarded a Statement of Attainment by SSG upon passing an oral/written examination and practical assessment administered by Ascendo Academy.
