What qualifications will I achieve?
You would achieve:
Customer Service Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
English, maths, and ICT Functional Skills Level 2 (for those that have not achieved a grade C or Level 4 or above)
Entry Requirements
You need to be aged 16 years and over
