The Cybersecurity Specialist Diploma Program is complemented by a mandatory 100 hours of practicum provided to the student in two ways. The first, and default method, is through the school. The school manages the entire practicum process from finding the company to the students’ successful completion of the program.
We will actively place the student in a company that gives the student a chance to apply their core and technical competencies to real-life situations in a real-world work environment. The school will be using an in-house recruiting specialist that pairs students with the company that best complements one another.
The second method of practicum involves active student participation in the finding process. If the student already has a company in mind that they aspire to work with, then the school will reach out to the company on the student’s behalf and formally request that our student be placed in the company’s practicum program.
Participants of our practicum program will gain a multifaceted set of skills, being fully equipped to work as Cybersecurity Specialists, as well as qualifies Network Professionals in general.
Students will be exposed to step-by-step training and certifications, allowing them to build strong fundamentals of network security, followed by modern digital security solutions and best practices.
By the time students graduate, they will have practical experience in digital forensics, job search for IT Security opportunities, and depending on success of their search efforts, have the opportunity to get their first job offer by the end of the program.
