The ATOD Jazz Moves classes will increase stamina with challenging cardio routines, develop strength and improve flexibility. You'll learn multiple turning variations, conquer energetic leaps and study fabulous dance routines.
Giving dancers a rounded dance education. Mixing it up, the dancers will need to come prepared to each class with their jazz shoes, their tap shoes and their singing voice.
In jazz, they will warm up with cardio, work on technical exercises, stretch out, perform traveling steps coming down the room and learn fast-paced dance routines.
For tap we will be continuing with Tapatak Oz, a uniquely Australian system of Tap training. We love it! We learn to count complex rhythms and make music with our feet.
Kids love tap because it makes noise and we suggest parents provide a practice tap board at home, to protect their floors.
In the ATOD Musical Theatre program, we learn vocal exercises and combine our singing with our dancing - what fun to sing and dance!

Jazz dancing is energetic and fun, consisting of unique moves, fancy footwork, big leaps and quick turns. Our jazz classes consist of a mixture of theatrical, modern jazz, funk and musical theatre.
Aimed at pre-professional and professionals, each series will focus on technique, choreography and performance.
Always popular because it’s fast, upbeat and utilises a variety of modern music. Not only is it a good workout but it also provides students with the knowledge of a variety of styles, good musicality, a limbered body, and the ability to think/learn quickly.
This class incorporates the styles of jazz and tap. Students in this class focus on rhythm, fitness, flexibility, and learning dance routines.
