Anita's dance academy has been in going strong in Upper Hutt for many years. It is a high-performing, professional dance school that has been the starting point for many teachers, and young adults who go on to pursue a career in dance both in NZ and internationally.
This dance studio in the heart of Upper Hutt is owned by Anita Perin-Zgomba who has vast experience as a teacher and as a dancer herself. Anita’s unique expertise and teaching focus produces well-rounded dancers, and believes that dance benefits children and adults in many ways such as:

Her love of teaching and developing children and young people has seen her provide many scholarships over the years for those in the community who may not otherwise be able to afford to dance.
We will show you some Cha moves unique to this dance, some great shine footwork a special flavour that shows you why we love this dance style.Â
Half hour private lessons can be provided by one of our many teachers who are all trained by our principals Cheryl and Rob.
Beginner Ballroom classes are offered by UCan2 Dance Studio. Beginner dancer, mall groups, medal training, improving your technique, or competition training; whatever your reason, private lessons bring confidence, enjoyment and enhance your skills.
Step by Step provide classes for all levels and ages; children classes, beginner classes and more advanced classes.
Wedding Dance Course is Offered by Mainly Dance Studios.
