Course Details

DaVinci Resolve is the professional video editing suite from Blackmagic Design that combines professional 8K editing, colour correction and grading, visual effects and audio post-production, all in one application.

Our two day course teaches you the key Davinci Resolve tools, along with the colour correction and grading process. You'll learn the rules and process of colour correction, how to read scopes and use them to analyse and amend footage.

We'll show you how to use qualifiers and masks to do secondary correction and build grades. We'll cover how to track elements in a shot, how to colour correct over a sequence and how to save and apply grades over a sequence.

Whether you're an freelancer or you work in a large team, you'll be able to join the ranks of artists who are able to meet the standards of those who work on high end post production and finishing on feature films, television shows and commercials.
