We are a Toronto-based specialized clinic that provides Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to clients anywhere in Ontario, Canada. Our clinic is one of just a few in Canada led by a DBT-Linehan Board of Certification™ Certified Clinician.

Because DBT is in high-demand and short-supply in Canada, we are driven by a desire to promote treatment and training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to allow more and more people to access the treatments they need.
