This course will focus on anger and aggressive behavior in a work situation, from a client, co-worker, colleague, supervisor, supplier, etc.
Aggressive behaviour has always existed and been challenging. These days it seems to be increasing, with technology offering more platforms for aggression.
One angry exchange in the work environment can result in us feeling helpless, distract us for the rest of the day, and significantly increase the negative stress in our lives.
So what can we do? How can we stay healthy? What are our options for responding without getting into trouble ourselves? This course will focus on anger and aggressive behavior in a work situation, from a client, co-worker, colleague, supervisor, supplier, etc.
