All of our training sessions are run for one customer at a time - we don't do public courses. Mostly, it's for groups of 4 or 5 people at a time, though we're happy teaching up to 10 people at once, or individuals if required.

We think people learn more effectively in a relaxed, informal atmosphere - so you'll find our instructors to be friendly and approachable. If there's something you don't understand, just ask. We're there to help!
This one-day seminar is for people who wish to increase their effectiveness in dealing with conflict situations.
