The modularized defensive driving course can be tailored to meet the needs of their staff.
In Alberta, students who successfully complete the M-DDC, receive 3 point demerit reduction on their driver’s license.
The Alberta Construction Training Institute (ACTI) located in Edmonton and Calgary is a training company with a combined experience of over 100 years in Construction, Engineering and Management training fields.
ACTI instructors have been instructing health, safety, management and engineering training in Alberta for over 20 years. Our focus is on construction safety and training through classroom and advanced instructional skill evaluation both with traditional equipment and our virtual reality simulations. Our Defensive Driving Basics training course has been designed for those with an occupational requirement to safely undertake work activities that involve the driving of a company vehicle on highways and remote access roads to and from the job site.
Safety Services Manitoba and Manitoba Public Insurance work side by side to make our roads safer. This interactive classroom session covers techniques for preventing collisions aiming to remedy problems that lead to collisions and other incidents.
Participants of Industrial Safety Trainers Inc.’s Transportation of Dangerous Goods Program(specific to ground transportation) receive training in the following element: Accidental Release & Imminent Accidental Release Report Requirements. Safe Handling & Transportation Practices.
TDG training is offered by First Aid And Safety Training. Anyone who handles, ships, receives, transports or offers a consignment for transport requires dangerous goods training under federal law.Â
